Wagari

MY full name is Wagari Awirtu. In this class please call me Wagari. My native country is Ethiopia. My native language is Oromiffa (Oromo). I can also speak English, Arabic, Omaric, and Oromiffa. There are 5 people in my family: my three children, my wife and I. My favorite food is Chinese and African food. I like reading books about animals. I like watching TV about animals. I came to the United States in 1993 because of the war. What I like about living in the U.S. is freedom. In my native country, I was a student. In the U.S .I do have a job. I started coming to ESL classes in 2011. My purpose for coming to school is to learn English.
