Norma

My full name is Norma Chavez. In this class please call me Norma. My native country is Mexico. My native language is Spanish. I can also speak English. There are 3 people in my family: my husband, my daughter and my son. My favorite food is Italian food. I came to the United States in 2011 because my husband is working in Polaris. What I like about living in the U.S. is the city. What I don`t like about living here is because my family (parents and sisters) live in Mexico. In my native country, I was a TV and electronic engineer. In the U.S., I don’t have a job. I started coming to ESL classes in January 2012. My purpose for coming to school is to speak, write and comprehend in English.
