Food Around the World

People in different countries eat different food. People in China eat spicy fish for dinner. People in Congo eat riz made of rice for dinner. People in Somalia eat enjara made of flour and water for breakfast. People in Russia eat galipce made of cabbage and meat for lunch. People in Vietnam eat pho made of beef for breakfast.
People in my native country, Belarus, like to make and eat draniki. Here is how you make it.

Ingredients: potatoes, egg, flour, salt, onion, sour cream

Food preparation: First grate the potatoes and mix with egg. Next, add one cup of flour and a little bit salt. Then mix well. Next, spoon oil on a frying pan and put one tablespoon of same mixture. Fry both sides until golden color. Serve the meal with sour cream or onion.
